What and Why Judaica...
I have been asked both what is Judaica and why I would want to sell it. Judaica is things that make us feel Jewish, help us celebrate our traditions, and aid us in our observance of our laws. I wanted to sell Judaica because I believe the only way to stay Jewish is to live Jewish. Build Jewish traditions with beautiful Jewish things and give your children positive Jewish memories.
Who we are...
Hello, my name is Elizabeth Hope Santiago - Weinstock. I maintain a Kosher home and I am raising my children, Sophia and Isabella, Jewishly. I believe that there are many levels of Jewish observance. Mine might not be right for you, nor yours may not be right for me, but whatever your level of observance is I believe that Judaism enriches our lives.
My husband, David, and I manage a boutique computer-consulting firm in New York. We provide information technology solutions to large corporate clients. We are inspired by e-commerce and believe in the Internet revolution. The Internet is not the future it is NOW. The choice is lead, follow, or be left behind. We choose to lead.
So, by combining our love of things Jewish and technology we created e-judaica. We want to raise the bar for judaica being sold on the web by providing quality products and a great selection. We sell products that we would buy and would be pleased to give or receive as gifts. We also embrace the best technological solutions that the web has to offer. We have endeavored to create a site that is easy to use, aesthetically appealing, and secure. Please let us know how we are doing.

Return Policy
We have a no hassle return policy. If its in resellable, brand new condition, we will take it back.
All Returns must be in brand new, in the original box, and unopened for us to accept a return, and issue a full refund. This is mostly applicable to products such as games and dolls that come shrink wrapped or need assembly. Items that are personalized are final sale and cannot be returned.
All returns require an RMA Number and must be made within 30 days of receiving the product. e-mail or call us to obtain an RMA number. No refunds will be given without an RMA number. We use RMA numbers to keep track of packages that we are expecting. If we do not issue you an RMA, you risk not getting a refund on your merchandise.
Full refunds, for the merchandise purchased, will be given for unopened and undamaged products. We only sell brand new merchandise. If we cannot resell it, a partial refund of 40% will be issued, provided that its in brand new condition so it can be donated to a charity.
Returns back to us must be original packing or by a packaging/mail service to ensure products are not damaged. All returns must be shipped via a carrier that has a tracking system. All products must be insured for purchase amount.
Damaged Products
Damaged products may not returned. No exceptions. We only sell merchandise in brand new condition. We will put in a UPS claim if you receive an item and it comes to you damaged. We will resend you a replacement. You must keep the original box and packing materials for UPS to inspect the damaged product.
Shipping
Shipping (Updated August 22, 2002)
All products are shipped to you with proper packing and insurance. Everything is usually shipped via UPS Ground. We use the post office for AFP, APO, and PO Boxes.
We charge the rate that the shipping carrier charges us based upon weight or dimensional weight. We work with the customer's best interest in mind. We will always reduce the shipping charges if the shipping calculator charges more than the actual shipping. We will not charge more if the shipping calculator under-estimates the shipping charges.
Do not accept damaged packages from delivery carriers.
The shipping calculator is not perfect. If you enter a wrong zip code or country information, it is possible that the shipping calculator will default the shipping cost charged to you as $0.00. If that happens, we will automatically adjust it to whatever UPS will charge us for that shipment. Unless, its part of a free shipping promotion.
